Denys’ major areas of expertise include tax law, business structuring in various jurisdictions, corporate law and M&A, acquisition/sale of assets, structuring relations between investors, government relations. He has an extensive experience in assisting private clients to resolve their personal and family matters, including structuring their tax liabilities and supporting in relations with banks due to highly complex banking regulations.

In the past years Denys worked for one of the “big 4” companies and one of the top 5 law firms in Ukraine. Denys also worked as an attorney-at-law assisting high net worth individuals in their personal and business matters. Denys had been a counsel to one of the Deputy Prime Ministers of Ukraine, an assistant to the members of Parliament of Ukraine working mainly in the Committee On Finance, Tax and Customs Policy.

Denys is a licensed attorney-at-law in Ukraine from 2019. He holds a PhD degree in economic law (analysis of state aid laws in the context of tax and antitrust issues).
Public activity:
While working for the members of Parliament of Ukraine Denys had been involved in drafting around a hundred laws mostly in the fields of tax, finance, customs, antitrust, criminal and criminal procedural law.
He is an author of numerous scientific articles on the issues in tax, corporate and antitrust law, he is also an author of scientific opinions for the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
